Every OneAura client gets a programme built from scratch. The format below is how I deliver it — one-to-one, paired, or remotely — but the thinking underneath is the same: strength, built carefully, and designed to fit your life.

The core offering

1-to-1 Personal Training

Private, fully-coached sessions in the barn. Every rep, set and progression is built and adjusted around you. Suited to anyone who wants individual attention and the fastest path from where you are to where you want to be — whether that's rebuilding after injury, getting demonstrably stronger, or finally learning to lift properly.

Train with a partner

2-to-1 Personal Training

Same coaching quality, split between two people — ideal for couples, friends or training partners with similar goals. Slightly different from a small group class: you still get individual programming and cueing, just alongside someone you already train well with.

When you can't be in the barn

Online Programming

Structured gym or home workout programmes delivered remotely, built around your goals, the kit you have access to and the time you can give it. Includes video review, progression, and ongoing adjustment — it's real coaching, just not in person.

Add-on for PT clients

Nutritional Support

Practical, evidence-based nutrition guidance to support your training — protein, energy availability, habits that actually stick. I'm qualified in nutrition fundamentals, not as a registered nutritionist or dietitian; for clinical needs I'll refer you on. For most people training for strength, foundational nutrition is exactly what's missing.
